Intake & Fees
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to better assess your needs and to answer any questions you may have.
Once our first session is scheduled, I will email you instructions to log-in to a secure Client Portal, where all documentation and billing will be handled for your convenience. Prior to our first session, I ask that you review and complete the Informed Consent, Client Questionnaire/Demographics, and provide your credit card information via the Client Portal.
Fees: $150 for 50 minute session
I am not contracted with any insurance companies at this time. I am happy to provide you with a super bill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you have questions about your coverage, contact your provider directly to discuss your coverage for mental health services and what, if any, reimbursement they will pay for an out-of-network provider.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid a full fee charge, notify me at least 24 hours prior to your in-person appointment to cancel or reschedule.
