I like to think of family therapy as similar to putting a puzzle together. It is easy to get frustrated when the pieces do not fit, and it can take a lot of work to make any progress! Your family may be struggling with conflict or going through a huge transition such as loss of a loved one, separation/divorce, remarriage, career change, or new phase of life. Family therapy can be very effective because all people in the family unit can get on the other side of these challenges together.
